Your Role: Championing Our Customers’ Success

As a key member of our growing team, you’ll support customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding and training to day-to-day guidance and troubleshooting. You’ll help shape the customer experience and play an important part in reducing churn, increasing engagement, and building long-term relationships.

This is your chance to create meaningful systems, deliver excellent service, and advocate for our customers as DigiTally continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding & Support
  • Welcome new customers and guide them from trial to full adoption.
  • Deliver clear, engaging demos and training sessions.
  • Respond to support queries with empathy and technical clarity.
  • Help users navigate the platform and apply features to real-world needs.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention
  • Build positive relationships that foster long-term success.
  • Address concerns quickly and thoroughly to reduce churn.
  • Gather feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience.
  • Internal Collaboration & Reporting
  • Record activity and communication in our CRM (One Page CRM).
  • Coordinate with the CEO, CTO and Sales, and other team members to align support with business goals.
  • Track and report KPIs such as:
  • Number of customers and sites on trial
  • Support interactions and themes
  • Engagement metrics and conversion rates
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and system updates.
  • Maintain internal documentation and improve onboarding materials.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with great listening skills and empathy.
  • Experience presenting software or tools via webinars or screen shares.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customers at once.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow with the team.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and teaching it to others.
  • Previous stocktaking experience and knowledge of margins
  • Hospitality Food or Beverage/Retail experience is an advantage

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Galway Road, Tuam, CO. Galway
